There is pain – but no one is suffering.
There are feelings – but no one is feeling them.
There are thoughts – but no one to think them.
Human being is here.
Let it all – sensations, feelings, thoughts, move through your human being and leave the concept of person be.
I thought there was an I to decide. But It saw. There is only this. To give expression to what is.
There is an energetic and psychical sensation on the back of my body of heat and what is remembered as solidity of a body and a person, seems to have fallen away. Like it was never ever there. Like there is nothing there but beaming aliveness, vibrating joyously. Solidity was never there. Solidity was never there-. Solidity was never there. A backdrop of nothing.
Recognize the nature of mind – a seeker of pleasure and avoidance of pain, thinking it is the seeker.
See there is none one there. Empty space shows itself. Vast, boundless, silence. Void– Existence.
Spontaneous light and movement, arises and falls away again, out of nothing.
This is it. This is what you are.
